The Space Alien is very observant, and noticed the flag of the United State flying in many places -- sometimes just on special days, and sometimes every day during daylight hours. The Space Alien intends to fly the flag of the United States on Flag Day which is observed every June 14th 1977 which is the day when the Second Continental Congress adopted the design for the first American Flag.
