Tonight was nearly the end of Hanukkah this year, so the Space Alien had to prepare the menorah and fry lots of potato pancakes!

THE SPACE ALIEN HELPS THE WINDOW WASHERS
As Loyal Readers know, Your Editor lives in a tall apartment building. From time to time the windows need to be washed. This task is done by brave men in a specially designed platform securely fastened to supports on the roof.
Here is a picture taken on July 26, 2022, right outside Your Editor's apartment!
The Space Alien saw how hard they were working and offered to help!

THE SPACE ALIEN CELEBRATES A BIRTHDAY! AGAIN!
Once again the Space Alien returned from important missions in outer space in time to celebrate Your Editor's upcoming birthday!
"Such big birthdays!" exclaimed the Space Alien, carrying an enormous cake!
"These candles consume nearly all the oxygen in the room," continued the Space Alien, bravely bearing this exquisite example of culinary artistry, "but that is but a minor inconvenience as we celebrate this auspicious day!"
All of us in the busy editorial offices of the Space Alien Gazette invite loyal readers to enjoy this culinary masterpiece -- if not on exquisite china dessert plates, then at least on computer screens!
Thank you for your Loyal Readership of the Space Alien Gazette!

THE SPACE ALIEN DEPARTS
Dear Loyal Readers:
This will be the final regular monthly issue of the Space Alien Gazette.
Your Editor is no longer up to producing issues of the highest quality that our Loyal Readers deserve.
And the Space Alien has decided that this would be a good time to explore other activities in space and elsewhere.
The Space Alien Gazette may return as an occasional publication, or it may not.
Back issues may eventually be found at SpaceAlienGazette.blogspot.com
Thank you for your loyal readership!
BON VOYAGE, SPACE ALIEN!

THE SPACE ALIEN SENDS A VALENTINE
The Space Alien stayed up all night writing this special Valentine for Loyal Readers:
Today may be a sunny day, or maybe one with snow,
But whatever weather this day brings, this one thing I know:
I love my Loyal Readers, and I think it would be fine,
If each and every one of you would be my Valentine!
Your friend always! The Space Alien
